Another nice offering by the folks at Florida Beer Company, this pilsner brings out the finer points of the pilsner style and adds a little smoothness of its own. On the pour it’s light gold in color without much head and an average amount of carbonation. The hoppy smell is fruity, and that shows through on the taste, which is clean and clear. The beer hits the mouth with a little jolt, then opens up on the back end of the mouth into a nice smooth finish. The hops lend a little bit of fruit to the taste, and the overall effect is quite refreshing.
